What we do
We provide support for over 1,350 young people and adults who have a broad range of learning difficulties and/or autism.
We provide the following types of support:
- Individualised support packages for people living in their own homes
- Support for people living in shared housing
- Registered residential care
- Transitions support services for 16 - 25 year old young people with a learning difficulty
- Support for people to find and maintain accommodation
- Short breaks
- Support for people to access employment and leisure opportunities
We are particularly experienced in supporting people with autism and/or complex needs, such as those who have additional physical and sensory disabilities or behaviour that may challenge.
Also, our transitions service is currently successfully supporting over 150 young people and their families through transition. We work creatively with each young person to develop a person centred support package that suits their needs, helping them live the life they want. This may include supporting them to access to leisure and community activities, education, employment and housing options.
We employ over 2200 staff and currently provide services throughout the South, South West and South East of England, the Midlands, Norfolk, Yorkshire & Lincolnshire, the North East and South Wales.
